                 Salt Fog Test

In order to verify the corrosion resistance of the prototype to salt spray, we prepare 3 samples in shutdown to test today.

The first step:Turn on the power and air valve, the temperature of the brine spray-machine is set as :35℃, the temperature of the pressure barrel is set as :47℃, the pressure is controlled at 1kg/cm2, and the concentration of brine is 5% (PH value: 6.5-7.2). There are three spray cycles, each of which lasts for 2 hours. After each spray, there is a 22-hour wet and heat storage cycle. Storage condition is 40±2℃, relative humidity is 90% ~ 95%, test time :48 hours.

The second step:Suspend the lamp with a rope into the brine sprayer and turn it off. (test the lamp parts: put the parts in the stainless steel basket or on the gauze).

Then:The sample should be placed with one sample glass facing up and one prototype glass facing down,turn on the power, operate, spray, and time.
