Mining Lighting

The basic requirements of mine lighting are: good lighting quality, high light efficiency, energy saving, safe and reliable, durable and easy to install, be used and maintain.

In the mining,loading machinery and electric locomotive and other mobile mechanical equipment, the use of mobile lamps(also known as mine lighting), to provide local lighting for the operation.Most of these lamps are mine flame-proof, with good seismic performance, bright spot, high brightness, durable and with switch and other characteristics. Most of the light source is incandescent bulb, a few use high pressure mercury lamp water power mining face lighting. The projection light on the motor car has a good performance reflector, so that the irradiation distance is more than 40 m, and there should be easy to remove, fixed solid tail light (red light).

Miner's lamp has head to wear type(miner's lamp or mining headlamp) and portable type two kinds. Mine lamp is necessary lamp for underground miners, which consists of battery, lamp holder and connecting cable.The battery is attached to the miner's belt and the lamp is attached to his cap. There is an automatic power off device in the lamp holder. When the glass of the bulb or lamp surface is broken, the power off immediately to ensure the safety of underground use. Portable lamp with lifting ring or hook, in the lamp by the battery through the conductive contact directly to the bulb power supply, often used for gently inclined thin mining layer working surface lighting.
