Brando mine lamp cable test report

  In order to meet the customer's demand for brando mine lamps, Brando continuously improves the product quality. For make our customers believe in the quality of Brando mine lamps, we have done many tests on the quality of our products for our customers.

 This week, we did two tests on the mining lamp cable: Ultimate tension test and Flexing test.

Ultimate tension test: 

The sample: A total of 4pcs cable, 2pcs ordinary, 2pcs be car killing oil soaked for 48 hours

Test result: The 2pcs of soaked oil are 27.7kg / 25.5kg respectively; the non-soaked oil is 19.23kg /22.5kg.

Flexing test:

The sample: A total of 4 cables, 2pcs ordinary, 2pcs killed car oil soaked for 48 hours the weight is 2kg, the swing Angle is +-60 degrees, and the swing is over 400,000 times.

Test result: No breakage occurred, increase the bending Angle to +-90 degrees and continue testing.
